主要研究癌症的早期即时诊断。
2010 - 2014      哈佛大学医学院博士后
主要研究Point-of-care diagnostics for HIV viral load。同时致力于研发适合于提高全球卫生状况的诊断试剂,以降低艾滋病,结核,疟疾等传染性疾病的危害。该项目已得到美国国家卫生研究院R01(100万美元)和美国国防部(100万美元)的资助。
2005 - 2009      英国剑桥大学血液病学博士
主要是研究适合于第三世界的HIV诊断试剂。该研究受到英国Wellcome Trust的大力资助(200万英镑)。博士期间,独立承担了内部质控的研究。该研究贯穿于整个项目的研发。该项目得到法国MSF和美国NIH的资助。目前该产品在美国硅谷Diagnostic for the Real World 进行市场前的进一步定型。
2005 - 2006      英国剑桥大学血液病系任研究助理
参与了乙肝的快速诊断在中国的评估。也同时参与了衣原体和淋球菌快速诊断试剂在菲律宾性工作者中的评估。
2004 - 2005      中国疾病控制与预防中心任研究助理
参与了HIV病毒分离,质粒疫苗,以及RNA干扰为基础的基因治疗。
