浙江大学医学院转化医学研究院及附属妇产科医院双聘的海外高层次引进人才,教授、博导,国家青年千人计划入选者。回国前担任美国威斯康星医学院Tenure tracked助理教授。长期从事生物信息学及其在肿瘤等人类复杂疾病遗传学方面的应用研究。目前已发表了60多篇SCI论文。

主要包括:(1)发展高通量基因组和表观基因组数据的分析平台和(2)揭示妇科癌的发生、发展和转移的分子机制。综合试验 和生物信息学方法鉴定人类群体和动物模型中的基因功能。我们的研究最终目标是在妇科癌中发现新的诊断和预后的生物学标记及其药物靶点。
