(2) 非编码核酸在心血管重构中的作用机制研究。

关键实验技术
(1) 转基因与基因敲除动物模型,包括遗传谱系示踪技术。
(2) 小动物心脏病理模型(心肌缺血,心脏肥大等)。
(3) 心功能(心脏超声,电生理)和组织病理技术。
(4) RNA治疗和基于AAV9心脏特异靶向基因治疗。
(5) 细胞培养包括心脏细胞原代培养。
(6) 分子生物学技术,包括高通量测序,质粒、病毒构建等。
